I’m 35, have an oily skin face, large pores and easily breakouts. You think microdermabrasion is the solution for my aging and pimple scarred face? I want my face free of pimples and scars and make me look younger. How much you think it’s gonna cost me for a younger looking skin?

Dear Agnes,
We received your query recently regarding whether you could benefit from Microdermabrasion treatment. At the very outset, let us tell you that you will need to get a specialist (dermatologist preferably) to help you make a decision on whether you can undergo the microdermabrasion treatment or not. Its tough to give treatment advice without having first hand information by actually examining the skin.
Broadly speaking, microdermabrasion can work for oily skin but the nature of the treatment procedure itself is dependent on skin condition – this is something that any clinic that you go to for getting the microdermabrasion treatment will recommend to you. If your break-outs are shallow, then you can benefit from this treatment however if your pimples are deep, then you will need to address that problem first with the use of skin creams and skin rejuvenators before opting for the microdermabrasion treatment.
Typical treatment could be anywhere between 4 to 10 sessions. Cost for the entire treatment starts at a couple of hundred dollars. If you are eligible for it, you can possibly realize potentially good benefits that will make the entire experience worth your time and effort.
All the best and wish you a great 2006.
Regards
The Microdermabrasion-Secrets Team.
